Reports and Investigations Data Security at IITK Our institute website, iitk.ac.in recently got hacked into, with a threat that all of our data had been deleted from our servers. Many of our institute webpages have previously been hacked into. Some webpages have such low security, that students inside our institute have been able to find out a number of loopholes in our websites. Is our institute taking any measures to handle the cyber security issues and create a robust framework? And if not, what is that we, as students, should do to prevent such malpractices?
